Hiwin Doctoral Dissertation Award
November 9th -10th in 2019, the awarded doctor and tutor of the 9th Hiwin Doctoral Dissertation Award from 24 colleges and universities gathered in Guangzhou from all over the country to share and exchange their awarded papers and scientific research achievements, and received the grand award at the award ceremony. The paper " Research on Variable-scale Demodulation and Feature Extraction Algorithm for Gearbox with Gear Fault " by Dr. Liming Wang, College of Mechanical and Vehicle Engineering of our university, was awarded the best Hiwin Doctoral Dissertation Award. The instructor is Prof. Yimin Shao, vice director of State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Transmission.
" Hiwin Doctoral Dissertation Award " is the highest honor for doctoral dissertation in mechanical engineering field in China, whose purpose is to improve the level of manufacturing technology in China, strengthen the training work of high-level creative talents, encourage the spirit of innovation, improve the quality of doctoral education in mechanical engineering and automation field in China, and inspire and encourage young Chinese students to invest in research and development and creative application in mechanical engineering and automation. It aims to cultivate excellent mechanical engineering talents and enhance the interaction between enterprises and academia, and further promoting the upgrading and innovation of mechanical industry technology.
