（1）学术活动与思想教育 Academic Activities and Ideological Education

博士研究生需参加8次以上学术活动和思想教育活动。学术活动的主要形式包括学术报告、学术讲座、学术会议、（专题）研讨会、思想教育活动等。研究生认真总结并填写学术活动与思想教育报告并提交学院，学院对研究生参加学术活动的考核成绩按“通过”、“不通过”两级评定。对于评定为“不通过”学术活动与思想教育报告，该研究生不能进入学位论文答辩环节。

Doctoral students should participate in at least 8 academic activities and ideological education activities. （2）文献综述与选题报告Opening Report

文献综述报告是研究生进入学位论文工作的第一步，是做好开题报告工作的先期准备工作，论文开题报告之前完成文献综述报告。文献综述的格式，一般应包含以下三大部分：1）前言部分，主要是说明写作的目的，介绍有关的概念及定义以及综述的范围，扼要说明有关主题的现状或争论焦点，使读者对全文要叙述的问题有一个初步的轮廓。2）主题部分，是综述的主体，其写法多样，没有固定的格式。但掌握全面、大量的文献资料是写好综述的前提。将所搜集到的文献资料归纳、整理及分析比较，阐明有关主题的历史背景、现状和发展方向，以及对这些问题的评述，主题部分应特别注意代表性强、具有科学性和创造性的文献引用和评述。3）总结部分，与研究性论文的小结有些类似，将全文主题进行扼要总结。最后附主要参考文献，不少于30篇，其中外文文献20篇左右。文献综述要条理清晰，文字通顺简练。文献综述中要有自己的观点和见解。

研究生选题报告是研究生学位论文工作的重要环节。选题应满足以下要求：

4）研究生在系统的文献查阅和广泛的调查研究的基础上，撰写选题报告，制定切实可行的论文工作计划，填写《研究生选题报告评审表》，经导师（组）审阅同意、学院批准后，确定开题时间。

5）博士生应于第四学期末前完成选题报告。

选题报告内容具体要求如下：

1）选题的目的、依据和国内外研究进展。说明选题的理论意义和现实意义，着重说明选题的经过、该课题在国内外的研究动态和对开展此课题研究工作的设想以及课题的学术和实际应用价值。

2）论文研究方案。包括研究目标、研究内容和拟解决的关键问题、拟采取的研究方法、技术路线、实验方案、可行性分析和创新之处。

3）所需的科研条件。包括论文研究过程中可能遇到的困难、问题以及解决的途径、方法和措施，预期达到的目标、研究成果和论文结束后可能取得的创新性成果。

4）工作量和论文工作计划以及经费估算等。

选题报告工作程序：

1）学院成立选题报告委员会，设主席1人、委员2或4人、秘书1人，主席和委员需具有副教授以上职称或具有研究生指导教师资格，导师可任委员。对跨学科的学位论文选题，应聘请相关学科的导师参加。

2）选题报告要公开进行（涉密学位论文除外）。

3）选题报告会由委员会主席主持，研究生自述时间应不少于20分钟，专家提问时间应不少于20分钟。选题报告会相关材料，由秘书记录汇总。

4）选题报告会主要检验研究生运用所学专业知识开展科学研究的能力，检验选题的前沿性、可行性和创新性，研究方案的合理性，引用参考文献的合理性，以及文字表达是否清晰。

5）选题报告委员会给出考核意见，填写《研究生开题报告评审表》。“开题报告”按优、良、中和不及格四级给出评分；评分达到中以上者，视为通过。

3) The topic selection report meeting is presided over by the chairman of the committee. The time for self-reporting by graduate students should be no less than 20 minutes, and the time for expert questions should be no less than 20 minutes. The relevant materials of the topic selection report will be recorded and summarized by the secretary.

4) The topic selection report will mainly test the graduate students' ability to use the professional knowledge they have learned to carry out scientific research, test the frontier, feasibility and innovation of the topic selection, the rationality of the research plan, the rationality of the cited references, and whether the written expression Clear.

5) The topic selection report committee will give evaluation opinions and fill in the "Graduate Student Proposal Report Evaluation Form". The “opening report” will be graded according to four levels of excellent,good, medium and failing; those who have achieved a medium or above grade shall be deemed as passed.

（5）博士生综合考试 Phd. Comprehensive Examination

综合考试是在博士生课程全部结束后，学位论文开始之前对博士生进行的一次综合考核。

考试内容：学科综合考试的内容应包括导师所指定学习的基础理论、专业知识、相关学科知识、学科前沿知识；也应包括导师虽未指定、但作为博士研究生应该具备的知识以及分析问题、解决问题的能力。

考试方式：学科综合考试的方式可以是口试、笔试，也可以是口、笔兼试。

考试时间：硕士起点的博士研究生，一般应在入学后的第三学期进行学科综合考试。逾期未考者，按不合格处理。

考试委员会：学科综合考试必须组成考试委员会。委员会应由本学科和相关学科至少五名教授、副教授（或相当职称的专家）组成。主席由具有博导资格的教授（或相当职称的专家）担任。导师可以参加考试委员会，但不能担任主席。考试委员会名单和考试方式、范围须经学位评定分委会主席或院主管领导审核批准后，考试方可进行。

拟定试题：学科综合考试之前，导师应向考试委员会报告博士研究生的专业、研究方向及培养计划所规定的学习和科研任务。考试委员会应根据专业培养目标及博士研究生个人培养计划的要求，拟定考试题目。

成绩评定：考试完毕，考试委员会应就本次考试内容所涉及的领域、考生对这些领域知识掌握的程度，以及分析、解决问题的能力写出详细评语，并按合格、不合格两级评定成绩，考试委员会主席及委员审核无误后，分别签名予以确认。学科综合考试成绩不合格的博士研究生，经考试委员会同意，三个月后可以补考一次。对补考仍不合格者，由考试委员会提出转读硕士学位或予以退学的建议，学院主管领导审查，报研究生院批准。

考试记录：考试委员会应选聘一名讲师职称以上的人员负责学科综合考试的记录。要求记录详细，字迹清楚。考试结束后，应将全部材料送交院研究生教务员，经院主管领导审阅并签署意见后，妥为保存，待博士研究生申请学位论文答辩时，一并报研究生院。

The comprehensive examination is a comprehensive assessment of doctoral students after all the doctoral courses are completed and before the dissertation begins.

Examination content: The content of the subject comprehensive examination should include the basic theories, professional knowledge, relevant subject knowledge, and frontier knowledge of the subject specified by the tutor; it should also include the knowledge that the tutor has not specified but can examine the student’s capacity as a doctoral student of analyzing and solving problems.

Examination method: The subject comprehensive examination method can be oral or written examination, or both oral and written examinations.

Examination time: PhD students who start with a master's degree should generally take a comprehensive examination of the subject in the third semester after admission. Those who fail to take the test within the time limit will be treated as unqualified.

Examination Committee: Subject comprehensive examination must form an examination committee. The committee should be composed of at least five professors and associate professors (or experts with equivalent professional titles) in the subject and related subjects. The chairperson is a professor (or an expert with equivalent professional title) with Ph.D. qualifications. Instructors can participate in the examination committee, but cannot serve as chairpersons. The list of examination committees, examination methods and scope must be reviewed and approved by the chairman of the degree evaluation subcommittee or the head of the institute before the examination can be conducted.

Drafting test questions: Before the comprehensive examination of the subject, the tutor should report to the examination committee the study and research tasks of the doctoral student's major, research direction, and training plan. The examination committee shall draw up examination questions in accordance with the professional training objectives and the requirements of the personal training plan for doctoral students.

Performance evaluation: After the examination, the examination committee should write detailed comments on the fields involved in the examination, the degree of knowledge of the candidates in these fields, and the ability to analyze and solve problems, and evaluate the results according to two levels of pass and fail. , The chairman and members of the examination committee shall sign and confirm after they are correct. Doctoral students who fail to pass the comprehensive examination of the subject can make up the examination once after three months with the approval of the examination committee. For those who fail to pass the make-up exam, the examination committee will put forward a recommendation to transfer to a master's degree or drop out of the school, and the supervisor of the college will review it and report to the graduate school for approval.

Examination records: The examination committee should select a person with the title of lecturer or above to be responsible for the record of the comprehensive examination of the subject. Detailed records and clear writing are required. After the exam is over, all materials should be sent to the graduate school staff. After reviewing by the director of the school and signing their opinions, they should be kept properly. When the doctoral students apply for the defense of the dissertation, they should be reported to the Graduate School.

（6）博士生预答辩 Ph.D Pre-defense

机械工程博士生预答辩在中期考核合格，并完成所有预定的论文工作内容后，在博士学位论文送审前进行，预答辩不合格者将不能申请学位论文答辩。

预答辩细则：

1）机械工程博士研究生完成学位论文撰写工作后，至少在学位论文盲评送审前6 个月向导师提出博士学位论文预答辩申请。经导师审阅同意后，填写预答辩审查表和预答辩委员会名单，并提交至学院。

2）学院对博士生申请预答辩应具备的条件进行审查，按照一级学科统一组织预答辩。预答辩委员会的要求：专家组由相关学科、专业的5名具有副教授或相当专业技术职务以上的专家组成，组长由学科责任教授小组成员担任，另设一名预答辩秘书。

3）预答辩人报告选题意义、学术背景、研究方法、创新点、自己的论点以及论据等。

4）预答辩委员会应对专业博士学位论文进行严格、认真的审查，重点审查博士学位论文的学术性和创新性、论文工作量、学术规范等，并对论文中存在的不足和问题，提出具体修改意见。

5）预答辩委员会将采用无记名投票方式做出如下决议：①通过预答辩。 ①修改后再次参加预答辩。③不通过，推迟答辩。

Pre-defense rules:

1) After completing the writing of the dissertation, a PhD student in mechanical engineering shall submit a pre-defense application to the supervisor at least 6 months before the blind review of the dissertation. After review and approval by the supervisor, students fill out the pre-defense review form and the pre-defense committee list and submit it to the college.

2) The college will review the conditions for doctoral students to apply for the pre-defense, and organize the pre-defense in accordance with the first-level disciplines. Requirements of the pre-defense committee: The expert group is composed of 5 experts with associate professors or equivalent professional and technical positions in related disciplines and professions. The group leader is a member of the subject responsible professor group, and a pre-defense secretary is set up.

3) The pre-respondent reports the significance of the topic selection, academic background, research methods, innovation points, own arguments, etc.

4) The pre-defense committee shall conduct a strict and serious review of the professional doctoral dissertation, focusing on the academic and innovative nature of the doctoral dissertation, the workload of the dissertation, academic norms, etc., and propose specific amendments to the deficiencies and problems in the dissertation opinion.

5) The pre-defense committee will make the following resolutions by secret ballot: ①Pass the pre-defense. ① Participate in the pre-defense again after modification. ③If it fails, the defense will be postponed.

（7）国际学术交流 PhD International Academic Communication

学院鼓励研究生参加各种国际学术交流。

五、培养指导方式

机械工程全英文授课学术博士学位国际研究生培养实行导师负责制，也可实行以导师为主的指导小组负责制。导师（组）负责研究生日常管理、学风和学术道德教育、制订和调整研究生培养计划、组织安排开题、指导科学研究和学位论文等工作。在研究生培养过程中，既要充分发挥导师（组）的指导作用，又要特别注重研究生自学、独立工作和创新能力的培养。

研究生的培养采取课程学习和学位论文相结合的方式进行。课程学习实行学分制，在申请答辩之前须修满规定的学分，通过教学计划规定的课程考试和学位论文答辩方能毕业，申请取得相应的学位。

The cultivation of graduate students takes the way of combining course study and dissertation. 六、学位论文要求

VI. Thesis Requirements

1. 博士学位论文要求 Doctoral Dissertation Requirements

学位论文应符合国家《一级学科博士、硕士学位基本要求》所提出的相应学科学位论文基本要求，符合重庆大学学位授予相关文件规定。学位论文的撰写格式按照重庆大学关于博士学位论文撰写的格式标准及要求执行。学位论文必须在导师指导下由研究生独立完成，并严格遵守学术道德规范。申请学位前，需满足学位评定分委员会对发表学术论文的要求。

The dissertation must be completed independently by the graduate student under the guidance of the instructor and strictly abide by the academic ethics. （1）选题与综述的要求Requirements for Topic Selection and Review

博士生应选择学科前沿领域或对我国经济和社会发展有重要意义的课题，研究课题应具备科学性、学术性、创新性和先进性，应该强调同国家自然科学基金项目、国家省部级以上的重点科研项目等相结合。选题报告要就选题的科学根据、目的、意义、研究内容、预期目标、研究方法、课题可行性等做出论证。

Doctoral students should choose frontier fields or subjects of great significance to China's economic and social development. Research subjects should be scientific, academic, innovative and advanced, and should be combined with national natural science foundation projects and national key scientific research projects at or above the provincial and ministerial level. The report should demonstrate the scientific basis, purpose, significance, research contents, expected objectives, research methods and feasibility of the subject.

综述研究选题领域的研究成果，说明已有的技术发展状态、所需要的新知识以及解决问题的瓶颈或制约因素。博士研究生应至少阅读国内外文献资料100余篇，其中至少精读外文文献40篇，且最近5年内的文献占一半以上，权威文献至少占30%以上。

1）基本要求 Basic requirements

博士学位论文应立论正确、推理严谨、诠释透彻、数据可靠。论文结构合理、层次分明、叙述准确、文字简练、文图规范。对于涉及作者创新性工作和研究特点的内容应重点论述，做到数据或实例丰富、分析全面深入。文中引用的文献资料必须注明来源，使用的计量单位、绘图规范应符合国家标准。机械工程学科博士学位论文一般不少于5万字，其中工业工程博士学位论文一般不少于8万字。

摘要是学位论文创新性研究工作内容的体现，核心思想突出论文的创新性：创新成果的具体描述，创新在何处，怎么获得，创新价值等。摘要力求语言精练准确，博士学位论文的中文摘要一般约800～1200字。

正文一般包括：选题的背景、研究意义、文献及相关研究综述、需要解决的问题和途径、研究方案设计、计算方法和重要计算过程；数据、图表、曲线及相关分析与讨论等；实验方法和实验结果；理论证明推导过程；研究成果和结论以及进一步分析讨论。

对于合作完成的项目，论文的内容应侧重本人的研究工作。论文中有关与指导教师或他人共同研究、实验的部分以及引用他人研究成果的部分都要明确说明。

博士学位论文作为综合衡量博士生培养质量和学术水平的重要依据，是一篇在独立思考的基础上，在科学和专门技术上对现有知识做出原创性贡献的学术作品。这种贡献可以是专业领域新的知识、新的理论、新的思想和新的研究方法，也可以是这些方面新应用取得的创造性成果。

As an important basis to comprehensively measure the quality and academic level of doctoral education, doctoral dissertation is an academic work that makes original contributions to existing knowledge in science and expertise on the basis of independent thinking. This contribution can be new knowledge, new theories, new ideas and new research methods in the professional field, or it can be the creative results obtained from the new application of these aspects.

博士学位论文的创新性研究成果的其他体现方式包括与本论文相关的发表在SCI/SSCI收录的本专业领域国际期刊，国内权威期刊或学位授予权单位规定的其他刊物的学术研究论文，登记授权的发明专利以及国家接受或颁布的标准等著作权成果。

Other ways of reflecting the innovative research achievements of doctoral dissertations include international journals published in SCI/SSCI, academic research papers published in authoritative domestic journals or other journals prescribed by the degree granting authority, registered authorized invention patents and standards accepted or promulgated by the state.

学位论文的评阅与答辩等要求参照《重庆大学学位授予实施细则》、《重庆大学学术学位研究生申请硕士、博士学位发表学术论文基本要求》、《重庆大学博士学位论文送评管理办法》、《重庆大学研究生涉密学位论文审批及管理办法》等有关文件执行。

The review and defense of thesis are required to refer to the “Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Degrees in Chongqing University”, “Basic Requirements for Thesis for Postgraduate Application for Master and PhD Degrees of Science in Chongqing University”, “Administrative Measures for the Evaluation of Doctoral Thesis in Chongqing University”, “Methods for Examination and Management of Secret Thesis for Postgraduate in Chongqing University” and some relevant documents.

八、毕业及学位授予

VIII. Graduation and Degree Award

根据《重庆大学学位授予实施细则》，研究生修满规定学分，完成相应培养环节，符合学位授予标准并通过学位论文答辩者，准予毕业并发给毕业证书，经校学位评定委员会审议通过后，授予相应学位，并发给学位证书。

Those who get the required training credits and pass the thesis reply will be allowed to graduate and a diploma will be issued. The examination of the Academic Degrees Sub-committee shall be carried out. After the discussion and approval of the Academic Degree Evaluation Committee, the doctor's degree will be awarded and the degree certificate shall be issued.
